Q: How do the rentals work?
A: I have a large variety of rentals available. If you could let me know the overall style for your wedding (venue, colors, accents, florals) I can send you examples of rentals I will have available for your date. Rentals can be dropped off, or picked up from my Lake Oswego location as early as 3 days before your event and need to be returned within 2 days after your event.
Q: Is there a delivery charge?
A: Yes, there is a delivery charge of $30 for dropoff and $30 for pickup within the 15 miles.
Q: What if I don't see what I'm looking for in your recent work?
A: I am more than happy to try out any new style you can think of! I am always wanting to try out new materials and new ideas. I have a full working shop (that I share with my grandpa) and together we can build anything you can think up!
Q: My budget for signage isn't a lot..can you work with me?
A: I understand first hand how weddings and events can add up quickly! I enjoy working with everybody and bringing ideas to life and I can always offer alternate signage examples to accommodate your budget :)
Q: What types of paper options do you offer?
A: I work closely with a business to business printer who offers a wide array of paper. If you are interested in seeing examples in person, I can either ship you over some examples or we can schedule a meeting.
Q: What is the typical turn around time for invitations?
A: It depends on if you are wanting a completely customized invitation or are choosing one of my pre-made sets. For completely customized, It can take as quickly as 3 weeks (1 week for design and review - 2 weeks for printing). One of my pre-made designs can take as quickly as 1-2 weeks.
Q: I like one of the pre-made sets, what does the "change fee" entail?
A: The change fee is for the type only; names, date, address, time and any other details custom to your event. The change fee does not include any design changes. Any design changes that are wanted are subject to an hourly charge (at $30/hr) on top of the change fee.
